Process

Perfect epoxy stickers are obtained with advanced equipment. The process employs the principle of the liquid surface tension. As a result, the epoxy resin follows the contours of the label.

The image is printed on the vinyl film with a digital printer.
An optical eye cutting plotter ensures precise edges.
Electro-pneumatic dispensers are used to apply the resin onto the horizontal surface forming a dome.
After the resin gets dry, the sticker gets its final shape.
