Printing is a complex technological process where each order is unique and one-of-a-kind, and the cost depends on a number of factors, such as product type, size, material, finishing, print run, etc.
In a world of templates and ready-made solutions, we approach each customer individually, focusing on their specific “pain points”, and we take on the challenge of solving complex and unclear tasks. Relying on years of experience, the professionalism of our staff, and a constantly updated fleet of equipment, we can offer more options than just a dry cost in a table.
We will help optimise production, smooth out budget constraints, and find alternative solutions. Most importantly, everything is resolved through dialogue, where we ask clarifying questions to find the most convenient and most useful option.
A catalogue provides a detailed list of a company’s products and services, their consumer and technical data, colour photographs, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and advertising samples.
Before order and manufacture, it should be borne in mind that such a publication will be used for a long time. We are ready to help you with the selection of the right material and the process for the particular thing you need. Our budget-friendly, our durable books will have bright pictures and clear diagrams and drawings,
Methods of manufacture
For this purpose, offset, digital printing or risography are suitable and often combined to optimise the quality and the price. For example, the pages of the internal block can be printed with a risograph, and the cover – with a digital printer or an offset press.
- Offset is the best alternative for larger runs of colour books. A3, A4, A5, and A5 sizes are recommended.
- Digital printing ensures quality and speed for small and mid-size runs. Plotter printing is also a digital method for the best quality of diagrams, drawings, and maps. A3, A4, A5, and A5 sizes are recommended.
- Risography features low cost and good speed, but is possible only for one colour. It is used for printing the internal blocks of cheap publications.

Materials
Directories are printed on any paper – spectacular designer, expensive coated, or cheap offset. The text is better readable on matte paper. The illustrations on a glossy surface will look brighter and more impressive. For luxury style catalogues, there is designer paper imitating other materials, such as textiles or leather.

Binding
Since catalogues are made for a long use, we recommend the following fastening types:
- Stapling is the most common and cheap fixing for catalogues with 60 pages max., 100-200 gsm. Publications with fewer pages may have thicker sheets.
- Metal or plastic spring binding is expensive, but practical and universal, offering lots of opportunities to select the design and the materials for the internal block and the cover. The book volume is not limited.
- Perfect binding suits the soft-covers with 350 pages max. We observe the process carefully so that the pages are fixed firmly in their place.
