Offset printing services
This is a classical print type employing print plates and a blanket cylinder to transfer the inks to glossy or matte paper and ensuring a clear and bright multi coloured picture. The printing itself is very fast, but takes some prepress to separate colours, procure the plates, finalise and fine-tune the press, etc. That is why offset is better off for large print runs being the only best one for large circulation product types.
With its own equipment, PMG Design & Services offers offset printing of medium and large print runs of all product types like leaflets, catalogues, labels, packaging. You are welcome to visit our office in Dubai or make an online order.

Urgent offset printing
For medium and large print runs, offset remains the quickest way of making top quality products. Good equipment and experienced personnel do make offset printing an urgent service. Modern offset and digital printing is a powerful automated facility.
With the application of the digital data transmitting technologies, the new methods and materials for print plate manufacture, and the automated plate change and press adjustment tools, the printing process has become faster and less costly. Skilful prepress helps the process get started immediately. And after that, the offset printer can produce 15 thousand copies per hour. We use high efficiency offset machines which comprise other print type sections and the finishing unit, making the total time of manufacturing full colour printed products shorter.

Printing technologies
Offset printing is quite time-consuming. The process has several stages each requiring professional skills. A benefit of this technology is that you can print out images with any number of colours and use metallic paints. However, the file preparation (colour separation, image and font processing, tagging) needs understanding of the technical subtleties. The printing house must control the material quality and every process step - preferably from the layout design onwards - so that the printed product looks the way the designer planned, or "like on the screen".
