The sticker printing method depends on the print run. There is a number of ways to make custom self-adhesives.

Flexoprint on a web material is used for paper and vinyl stickers of any shape, including large sizes A4 to A1.

Thermal transfer features high speed, clarity and strong paint fixing so that the image is resistant to temperature, humidity and attrition. It is used for souvenirs, utensils, nameplates, etc.

Heat transfer is suitable for monochrome inscriptions, logos, barcodes to be applied to thermal labels. Affected by the thermal print head, the material is made to change its colour. Inscriptions and logos can be applied to advertising textiles with thermal film.

Offset printing is used for standard form labels . Our experienced professionals will help you choose a base material striking a balance between price and quality. We can print a sample of your finished product prior to release.

We use adhesive collapsible film for seals-stickers or warranty tags. After removing, part of the glue layer with the image remains on the surface of the product.

The price of your order depends on the material type of the basis, the techniques applied, the post-press type, the circulation, and the layout complexity.

Files for plotter cutting must be prepared by qualified personnel only. For custom sticker printing we recommend delegating design development to us as it is easier to coordinate, for example, the manufacture of simple labels of an unusual shape like round low cost adhesives high-lighting customised goods on the shelf.

Printing on adhesive film or paper can be offset or digital. In both cases you will get a clear image. For large orders, however, offset is preferable. PMG Design & Artwork Services prepares samples of various custom designs.
