Envelope printing

For mailing, standard envelope types and shapes are recommended.

1. Digital printing is good for small runs, ensuring high product quality and excellent colors. However, there are restrictions related to paper density and relief.
2. Offset is more cost-effective for larger stocks, featuring high printing quality, bright colors and shades. It is not for all paper types and not suitable for printing on pre-made envelopes.
3. Silk screening is used to apply inscriptions and logos on designer paper. The image will be fine and clear, but limited to one or two colors.
4. Hot foiling looks great on black designer paper. Such things are considered luxurious and, therefore, are more expensive.

The price of business envelopes with logo depends on the print run, the paper quality, the image printing and post-printing methods. Manufacturing custom products of non-standard sizes and shapes may take longer. In this case the price per unit will be higher than in case of branding premade articles. Orders of envelopes with logos, including short notice orders, are accepted on-line or at our office in Dubai.
