A4 envelope printing

We produce paper folders and envelopes with the company's logo using offset and digital equipment. Offset printing makes bright and correct images with maximum detailed and reliable drawing of elements. Special forms are used for printing, so the technique allows to save money releasing a large number of copies. The digital method is characterized by high speed and it is competitive for small print runs. This method does not require complex prepress preparation. In addition, the client gets the opportunity to make adjustments to the order at any stage.

We use inexpensive materials and color or designer paper in production. An unusual basis will make the company's correspondence unique.

1. Offset paper. For standard C4 envelopes, we use sheets with a density of 80 gsm. This option is the most efficient.
2. Thick offset paper. Premium envelopes of improved quality are printed using a material with a density of 90-120 gsm. The products are characterized by age resistance and increased strength.
3. Design paper. In producing the packaging for correspondence, it is possible to use metallized, craft, color paper, as well as tracing paper.

Before ordering A4 envelopes with the logo, you should study our layout requirements. If the files do not correspond with the rules, the deadline for the application will increase.

• The size of the C4 envelope is 32.4 x 22.9 cm.
• The resolution of bitmaps is 300 dpi. The layout size before trimming is 32.4 x 22.9 cm.
• The surface coverage is 31.4 x 21.9 cm .
• The color scheme is CMYK. File types — PDF, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG.
• The file size is up to 100 MB.

The price depends on the run. The larger it is, the more expensive the entire order is, but the lower the cost of one copy. Make sure by calculating the amount in our online calculator. In addition, the price is affected by:

• printing method (offset or digital);
• image color (b/w or full-color);
• type and weight of the paper;
• post-printing process need.

The most expensive is the production of envelopes and the logo application according to individual sketches: non-standard orientation and shape. Their printing takes more time and it is complicated, but it is impossible to buy such products in stores.
