How are corduroy laminated business cards made?
The process begins with premium cardstock — typically 400gsm or higher — selected for its rigidity and print compatibility. After digital or offset printing, each sheet is coated with a velvet lamination film on one or both sides. Post-lamination, the sheets are precision die-cut into standard or custom shapes.
